ASG Save-a-Life Program
Participating ASG officers carry naloxone and are trained to recognize suspected opioid overdoses, call emergency medical services and administer naloxone when appropriate. Officers may also distribute free naloxone and local resource cards to people experiencing homelessness or others encountered during normal patrol and community outreach.

ASG Safe-Walk
Anyone within Fargo or West Fargo may request a free ASG Safe-Walk. When an officer is available, the officer will respond to the requester’s location and accompany them safely to their vehicle. The requester does not need to be located at an ASG client property.

Free Security Assessments
ASG offers introductory security assessments for qualifying local businesses, nonprofit organizations and community facilities. Assessments examine lighting, entrances, locks, cameras, employee procedures, emergency access and other observable security concerns.
The introductory assessment is provided at no cost

Recommendations do not guarantee prevention of crime, loss or emergencies

Workplace Violence Awareness Classes
ASG provides practical workplace-safety education covering warning signs, reporting procedures, situational awareness, de-escalation, emergency communication and organizational response planning.

Community Hygiene Kit Drive
ASG collects donated hygiene products and works with established community organizations to distribute kits to people experiencing homelessness or facing other immediate needs.
New, unopened socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and deodorant
Disposable wipes, feminine-hygiene products and individually packaged personal-care items
Seasonal hand warmers, gloves and winter hats
Verified needs, collection dates and drop-off locations will appear only when published by an administrator

Security for Nonprofit Events
ASG designates a limited number of reduced-cost or sponsored security hours for qualifying nonprofit fundraisers, charitable events and community activities.
Sponsored coverage is limited and submission does not guarantee approval
Coverage may be sponsored, reduced-cost or normally priced
Final coverage requires review and a written agreement
Police, fire and EMS responsibilities remain with the appropriate public agencies

Community Cleanup Events
ASG employees, community members and participating organizations work together to clean designated public and community spaces while promoting neighborhood pride and positive community relationships.
