Access and public display
Community Program records are limited to authorized personnel based on role and operational need. Safe-Walk identities, telephone numbers, pickup locations, destinations and vehicle details are excluded from the public calls feed. Alderline does not publish exact residential locations, medical information, assessment vulnerabilities or volunteer contact information. Event photographs are published only when approved and handled under the applicable acknowledgment or consent.
Public calls for service
The homepage may display a limited public activity feed containing only a call type and city/state. It does not publish a street address, caller, client, unit, officer location, narrative, report or case detail. Safe-Walk calls are excluded.
Sharing, retention and deletion
Information is shared only as needed to operate the company, deliver the requested program, protect people or systems, coordinate an emergency, or comply with law. Alderline does not sell submitted personal information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for their operational purpose and applicable legal, insurance, contractual and records obligations. You may request correction or deletion when retention is not otherwise required.
