Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before a service conversation.

These answers explain Alderline's general operating approach. A specific assignment still requires a site and scope review.

Where does Alderline currently operate?

Alderline manages service by operating region. Availability is confirmed for the specific state, city, assignment, schedule, and required qualifications before service is accepted.

Does Alderline provide law-enforcement services?

No. Alderline provides private security services. Officer authority, responsibilities, escalation, and coordination with public safety are defined for each assignment.

Can a security plan cover more than one property?

Yes. Multi-site programs are planned around geography, coverage hours, access, duties, supervision, and realistic staffing.

What reporting can a client receive?

Depending on the service plan, records can include daily activity, patrol checks, visitor activity, exceptions, incidents, and scheduled service review.

How quickly can service begin?

Timing depends on scope, location, staffing, qualifications, orientation, site access, and contract requirements. Alderline confirms feasibility before committing to a start date.

How do current clients access reports?

Authorized users enter through the secure Alderline Client Portal. Access is issued and managed by Alderline.
